JESUS IS OUR MEDIATOR

 What is a Mediator's job?

= A mediator is one who intercedes between two parties that are in conflict with each other.
Romans 3: 23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" And Isaiah 59: 2 says, "But your iniquities have separated you from your God. And your sins have hidden His face from you. So that He will not hear"
These two texts remind us that because of our sins we have become separated from God and basically we are in enmity with Him, which tells us that we are in an urgent need of a MEDIATOR to bring back our friendship with God.
1-John 2: 1 says, "My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous" Halleluiah! Here, John says, is the solution to our problem. We have an Advocate, we have a Mediator, we have one who can intercede for us, that one is non other than JESUS.
Jesus is the only one who can Mediate for us, and we must remember that in order for Him to be able to do that He had to take our place on the cross, He gave His life and died for us.
I want to thank Jesus for being our Advocate and want to allow Him to represent me, every day and every moment of my life. Will you take him as your Advocate too? I hope so. Have a blessed week. "Maranatha"

  In our last blog we saw that it is the devil who tempts us and he is so bad that no one escapes his temptations, we also read that he does it because he wants to destroy people, but we read that we must do three things not to fall into temptation; we must be sober, vigilant, and resist the devil. Today we are going to read Hebrews 2:18 "For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted. He is able to aid those who are tempted" Yes, He (Jesus) is able, and I should add, that He is not just able, He is ready and willing to aid (Help) those of us when we are tempted. What do we do when we need help? We ask, right? Then every time we find out that we are tempted we must call upon Jesus for help, and be confident that He will help. 2-Peter 2:9 says that the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations. Mount Up With Wings As Eagles

  The eagle is the bird that flights the highest, up to 10.000 feet. The eagle is not afraid of the storms, in fact he likes the storms because he takes advantage of the storm to flight high. When the eagle sees the storm coming he launches into flight to ascend in a spiral manner, upward, upward, upward until the storm passes, but in the process he finds himself closer to the light of the sun. Other birds and animals when they see the storm coming they get afraid, run to hide and to find protection. Christians who wait and trust in the Lord are like eagles, they see the storm coming and they prepare to ascend upward, upward, and upward closer in their experience with the Lord, the sun of righteousness. Every storm the Christian faces makes him/her stronger and stronger ready to defeat a bigger storm.
