JESUS' GREATEST PROMISE TO US

 John 14: 1-3 "Let not your heart be trouble; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In my Father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you, I go and prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am there you may be also".

This is what I call, "The promise of all promises" Why? Because if you noticed he is not just promising to come back, He is promising to come back to take us with Him, so that where He is we "May be also"
Did you noticed the "May be also"? I did, and I believe the reason He said that is because He doesn't want to take us to where He is without our consent. So That means that if we want to go with Him when He returns we must first believe in what He is saying, then once we believe Him, we must be willing to go, we must accept His promise.
I believe and I desire to go with Him when He comes back, I accept His promise and can't wait to see Him when He comes.
Do you? Remember, you need to believe Him, be willing and desire to go with Him. I hope you do. Would you pray this prayer with me, "Lord, thank you for that great promise. I believe in what what you said, even if sometimes I don't fully understand, but I desire to go with you, to be where you are, I desire to be part of the saved, help me to understand more and help me to help others. In your name I pray, amen.

T E M P T A T I O N part 3

  In our last blog we saw that it is the devil who tempts us and he is so bad that no one escapes his temptations, we also read that he does it because he wants to destroy people, but we read that we must do three things not to fall into temptation; we must be sober, vigilant, and resist the devil. Today we are going to read Hebrews 2:18 "For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted. He is able to aid those who are tempted" Yes, He (Jesus) is able, and I should add, that He is not just able, He is ready and willing to aid (Help) those of us when we are tempted. What do we do when we need help? We ask, right? Then every time we find out that we are tempted we must call upon Jesus for help, and be confident that He will help. 2-Peter 2:9 says that the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations. Mount Up With Wings As Eagles

  The eagle is the bird that flights the highest, up to 10.000 feet. The eagle is not afraid of the storms, in fact he likes the storms because he takes advantage of the storm to flight high. When the eagle sees the storm coming he launches into flight to ascend in a spiral manner, upward, upward, upward until the storm passes, but in the process he finds himself closer to the light of the sun. Other birds and animals when they see the storm coming they get afraid, run to hide and to find protection. Christians who wait and trust in the Lord are like eagles, they see the storm coming and they prepare to ascend upward, upward, and upward closer in their experience with the Lord, the sun of righteousness. Every storm the Christian faces makes him/her stronger and stronger ready to defeat a bigger storm.
