S A L V A T I O N part 4


This world is coming to its end. With everything happening round the world. Most people we talk to, sense, think, and believe that this world is going down hill, most people feel that something big is about to happen, even non religious and non students of the Bible feel that we are on our way to a big crushed.

And yes, something spectacular and amazing is soon going to happen. Our time here may not be for too long. This, our lovely planet earth is going for a refurbish, it needs a transformation, and a renovation, but for that time we need to be relocated so we don't get destroyed with it. Our Savior does not want us to be destroyed with this world, that is why He promise to come and take us out to save us from the destruction which is coming.
The question is, what are we doing to be ready for when he comes? What are we doing to get us ready for translation?
Albert Einstein, once said, "Insanity is, doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results"
Friends, if we really believe or at the very least understand that this world is on its last days we must do something to survive, to be save from destruction.
Paul, the apostle in 2- Timothy 3: 1-5 said, "But know this, that in the last days PERILOUS times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a FORM of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away"
Wow! what a description of our society in which most of us live! These things and behavior is what we encounter every day around us today. Indeed we are living in PERILOUS times now. Indeed people have a FORM of godliness but deny its power now. The apostle's advice is; From such people turn away, in other words, don't be one of them, be different. Philippians 3:14 tells us that we can be different with Christ strength with us.
Welcome Christ, our Savior into your life. Blessings.

  In our last blog we saw that it is the devil who tempts us and he is so bad that no one escapes his temptations, we also read that he does it because he wants to destroy people, but we read that we must do three things not to fall into temptation; we must be sober, vigilant, and resist the devil. Today we are going to read Hebrews 2:18 "For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted. He is able to aid those who are tempted" Yes, He (Jesus) is able, and I should add, that He is not just able, He is ready and willing to aid (Help) those of us when we are tempted. What do we do when we need help? We ask, right? Then every time we find out that we are tempted we must call upon Jesus for help, and be confident that He will help. 2-Peter 2:9 says that the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations. Mount Up With Wings As Eagles

  The eagle is the bird that flights the highest, up to 10.000 feet. The eagle is not afraid of the storms, in fact he likes the storms because he takes advantage of the storm to flight high. When the eagle sees the storm coming he launches into flight to ascend in a spiral manner, upward, upward, upward until the storm passes, but in the process he finds himself closer to the light of the sun. Other birds and animals when they see the storm coming they get afraid, run to hide and to find protection. Christians who wait and trust in the Lord are like eagles, they see the storm coming and they prepare to ascend upward, upward, and upward closer in their experience with the Lord, the sun of righteousness. Every storm the Christian faces makes him/her stronger and stronger ready to defeat a bigger storm.
