     Salvation definition: To save, to preserve, to liberate, to redeem. Now, the question is: to save, preserve, liberate, redeem, from what or from who? The Bible says in Romans 3:23 that we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. And Romans 6:23 says that the wages of sin is death. That means we all have a problem, and even bigger problem as we read what Jeremiah 2:22 says; "For though you wash yourself with lye, and use much soap, yet your iniquity is marked before Me, "says the Lord God"" Here is a great news though, Romans 5:12 says that sin entered the world by one man. That man was Adam, and because him by disobeying God allowed sin in now we are all in big trouble. Thanks to God's love that he sent his only begotten son to died for all of us. Leviticus 19:18 Mark 12:31 This is the second commandment, Jesus said. Are there only two commandments as many believe then? No, no, no. What I think Jesus was doing when he talked about these two commandments was simplifying it so that they could understand it easier. In Mark 12:30 Jesus said: "You shall love the Lord your God with All your Heart, with All your Soul, with All your Mind, and All your Strength" I hope you noticed the superlative word "ALL". he did not say with part of your heart, soul, mind, and strength, but with All of each. Jesus also said something more direct and clear in Matthew 10:37 "He who love his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me.
